César velasco was born in Mexico City, grew up in Toronto, and has been working and living between the east coast and the southwestern United States for the last several years.
He is a director, writer, femme noise-punk drummer, and performance artist. The little moments in his daily life are the ones that move him the most. César was shortlisted for best new director by shots North America in 2022, and has worked with clients such as Samsung, Dell, Gorton’s, and Time Magazine.
